FAMILY & MAGISTRATES COURT

Family Frith Foundation provides educational courses and clinics for people dealing with Family and Magistrates Courts. 

 

Facing court can feel overwhelming, confusing and stressful, especially when every step seems designed for legal professionals and not you.

Sign up for our FREE monthly Court Clinics, where we give guidance on preparing court paperwork, learning about court processes and where you can gain insight into what to expect.  We present information with neurodiversity in mind.

We also offer uniquely designed self paced courses that guide you through the paperwork, empowering you to be the best possible client for your legal team, or giving you the practical tools to handle the process yourself as a litigant in person.

We are the only organisation offering educational courses to help you through the Family Courts and Magistrates Courts, that are designed with neurodiversity in mind: dyslexia, ADHD, Autism friendly.   We translate legal jargon so you can understand it.  In addition the holistic Court Course helps you navigate, strategise and manage emotional overwhelm, so you can feel supported, prepared and able.
